Andrew was the Senior Programme Executive at the Family Life Society where he was a trainer / presenter with the Celebration of Lfe programme until he left the Society in January 2010. This is the educational outreach effort of the Society to promote the prolife message and human sexuality education. He has been with the Society since February 2000.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree (Mathematics & Economics) from the National Universirty of Singapore in 1982, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London in 1992. In 1998, he graduated magna cum laude with a Licentiate in Canon Law from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome.

JCL (LICENTIATUS IN JURE CANONICO: Licentiate in Canon Law) graduating class of 1998 from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome.

Presetly he is the vice president of the Singapore Senatus of the Legion of Mary, vice chairman of the Apostolate for Catholic Truth association, and also a council member of the Catholic Lawyers Guild.

His first encounter with the Theology of the Body was in 2002 at a Human Life International Conference in Philidelphia where he first heard Christopher West. Later in 2004, he attended a crash course by Christopher West at the JP II Institute on Marriage and Family in Sydney Australia. And in 2007, he attended the International Symposium on the Theology of the Body in Austria.
